Questions
How does the trial work?
You get 14 days free, with everything the Growth plan includes, and no card is needed. If you've already decided, you can subscribe from this page instead: you still get the 14 days, and your first payment is when they end.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You can still see and download everything, but you can't add or change anything until you choose a plan.
What counts as a product?
Every product you haven't archived. Archive one you've stopped making and it no longer counts; its batches and history are kept.
How are batches counted?
Every batch you start or schedule in a calendar month counts, in your own time zone. Only Starter has a limit.
How many people can use it?
Up to 20 people on every plan. You decide what each one can do: owner, admin, member or viewer.
Can we change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, in Settings → Billing. Payments go through Stripe.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes, and you get two months free: $990, $2,490 or $5,990 a year. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time in Settings → Billing. It starts straight away, and you're credited for the part of the month you've already paid. Switching back to monthly starts when your paid year ends. A yearly plan renews each year until you cancel; if you cancel, you keep it until that year ends, and part of a year isn't refunded.
